GeGeGe no Nyōbō (Spooky Wife), the live-action television drama adaptation of an autobiographical essay book by GeGeGe no Kitarō author Shigeru Mizuki's wife Nunoe Mura, ran on June 17 at 8:00 a.m. and earned a 19.6 rating.
 
Japan's Animation Blu-ray Disc Ranking, June 21-27
Angel Beats!, Railgun, Darker than BLACK, Hidamari Sketch debut in top 5 with Eva Oricon Communications reports that the first Blu-ray Disc volume of the Angel Beats! television anime series sold 23,000 copies during the June 21-27 week to top the Blu-ray Disc sales chart. It is the first new #1 Blu-ray release after Evangelion:2.22 You Can Not Advance (Evangelion Shin Gekijōban: Ha) held the top spot for four straight weeks. Evangelion only sold 6,000 more copies this past week and dropped to #4 on the weekly chart.
